These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Underworld Savages (the “Game” or “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Do not create accounts through automated means or maintain multiple accounts in violation of these Terms or game rules.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation; harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other players; post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; disrupt or overload the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. The Game depicts fictional criminal activity for entertainment only and does not promote or facilitate any real-world illegal activity.
4. Virtual Items and Currency
The Game includes virtual currency and items (“Virtual Items”) that have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable app store.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service offers optional one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions (VIP memberships). Purchases on mobile are processed by Google Play; web purchases by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel through your Google Play account (mobile) or account settings/payment provider (web); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow the policies of the applicable payment provider and law. Prices may change, with subscription changes applying to subsequent billing periods as communicated per app store and legal requirements.
6. Permanent Character Loss
The Game features permanent consequences, including permanent character death. You accept that in-game actions may cause irreversible loss of progress, characters, or Virtual Items as part of normal gameplay.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, cheating, abuse, or harm to the Service or community. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time and may update these Terms, posting changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator’s state of residence.
