This page explains how to request deletion of your Underworld Savages account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
- In-App / In-Account: if account deletion is available in your account settings, you may delete your account directly there.
- By Email: send a request to hellounderworldsavages@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, subject line “Account Deletion Request,” including your username. We may verify your identity before processing.
What Gets Deleted
Your email address and username; your password (stored only as a secure hash); your gameplay data, statistics, in-game assets, and progress; and your in-game social connections and history tied to your account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and security, dispute resolution and enforcement, and records of purchases as required by payment providers and law. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Data held by third-party providers (such as payment processors) is subject to their own retention policies.
