This Privacy Policy describes how Underworld Savages (“we,” “us,” or “the Game”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our game and related services (the “Service”), available on the web and as a mobile application. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: email address and chosen username. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
- Gameplay Data: in-game actions, progress, statistics, in-game currency and assets, family and social interactions, and other gameplay activity, necessary to operate the Game.
- Purchase Information: transactions are processed by Google Play Billing (mobile), Stripe (web), and RevenueCat (purchase management). We receive purchase confirmation and entitlement status but do not collect or store full payment card details.
- Device and Advertising Identifiers: on mobile, Google AdMob may collect the device advertising identifier and related information to serve and measure ads.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser or device type, and diagnostic or crash data, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and maintain your account; operate and provide the Game; process purchases and manage subscriptions; serve and measure ads (mobile); communicate about your account; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with: service providers (hosting, payment processors Google Play/Stripe/RevenueCat, and advertising partner Google AdMob); other players (username, in-game reputation, family membership, and public in-game actions are visible as part of gameplay — do not put personal info in your username); legal requirements; and business transfers.
4. Advertising
The mobile app displays ads through Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers and other information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and measure performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Players with an active VIP subscription or who purchase ad-removal will not be shown interstitial advertisements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and may retain certain information as required by law or for fraud prevention and security. On account deletion we delete or anonymize personal information as described in Section 7, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Account Deletion: you may request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page or by contacting us; we will delete your account and personal information except data required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. You can limit ad personalization through your device’s advertising settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
